НЕЖНОЕ ЭТО (THIS IS GENTLE) is a project originated at the end of XX century in the city of Saratov. It all started with Igor Melnikov - Mel - artist, musician, copywriter, program director of the radio station, now - the creative director of one of the leading advertising agencies. That radio has played a key role in the creation of the project GENTLE IS. One New Year's Eve Mel decided to decorate the station aired a new holiday songs.
